Recent announcement from Instructure Canvas:

"Canvas has always believed in education and innovation. Now we’re putting our money where our mouth is and offering $100k in grants to help spur innovation in education. The most innovative ideas in specific categories for both Higher Ed and K-12, as judged by a panel of experts, will receive grant money to help get their difference-making ideas off the ground. Submissions may include (but are not limited to) content, applications, classroom techniques, tools, and who knows what other amazing thing you brilliant people might come up with. We’ll announce the winners at SXSWedu in March 2014."

Accepted Proposals for Technology-Infused Research Projects (2013-2014)

University of Idaho

We are pleased to announce that six (6) proposals were accepted through our Technology-Infused Research Projects. In order to be funded, research proposals had to:

  • Focus on an important research question aligned with the goals of the center;
  • Demonstrate sound research design with measurable outcomes;
  • Provide a clear and justifiable literature review;
  • Address key technology resource management requirements.

Recent announcement from the Idaho State Department of Education newsletter:

"Idaho teachers can apply for up to $50,000 in grants from the CenturyLink Clarke M. Williams Foundation to fund innovative technology projects. This is the tenth year the Idaho State Department of Education has partnered with CenturyLink to fund classroom technology projects across the state."
